SP Alumni eCard FAQ

1.	What is SP Alumni eCard?
	SP Alumni eCard is a free digital card offered to all eligible graduates of Singapore Polytechnic (SP). With this eCard, SP alumni will be able to enjoy exclusive on and off campus privileges. This eCard is accessible through the Alumni app in SP Mobile.
2.	Is SP Alumni eCard eligible for all SP Graduates?
	SP Alumni eCard is accessible to all full-time/part-time/post diploma SP graduates.
3.	Where can I download SP Mobile?
	SP Mobile can be downloaded from the following stores: For Android users: Google Play Store For iOS users: App Store
4.	How do I access my SP Alumni eCard?
	i) Download and launch the SP Mobile ii) Click on “Continue as Public/Alumni User” iii) Click on “Alumni” icon in the “My Favourite Apps” page. If you do not see it here, click the “All Apps” icon at the top-right to find it in the “Other Apps” list. iv) In the “Verify your identity page” key in your “Student ID” & “Last 4 characters of NRIC/FIN” then click “Submit”. v) Upon successful verification, you will be redirected to the eCard page.
5.	What if I have forgotten my Student ID?
	At the “Verify your identity” page, click on “Forgot Student ID” and you will be redirected to a pre-filled Email requesting for your Student ID. Once you have successfully sent the Email, kindly allow three working days for SPAN to reply.
6.	What if I have trouble logging into the SP Alumni eCard?
	Kindly write to SPAN@sp.edu.sg for assistance.
